Can you finance a swimming pool in Texas?

Does financing a pool require home equity?
No. The pool loans our partners offer are unsecured, so they are not tied to the equity in your home and there is no second mortgage or lien on the house. That is the main reason homeowners choose a pool-specific lender over a HELOC, especially on a newer home that has not built up much equity yet.
Will checking my rate hurt my credit score?
No. Our partners pre-qualify you with a soft credit check, which does not affect your score, so you can see a realistic rate and monthly payment before you commit to anything. A hard credit pull only happens later, if you decide to move forward with a full application.
